We're on the rural workshops at Trevenwyth in Lelant, a few minutes from St Ives, between a wedding dress maker and a vet.
Everything is made here. Nothing is ordered in from a warehouse and stuck with your name on it — which is worth knowing, because a fair amount of "personalised" work online is exactly that, we can produce items as one offs for your special day or if you're. a business we can help you create new product lines you can offer to your clients to help your average order value.
What we actually do
We print in full colour directly onto solid things. A highly advanced flatbed printer lays ink onto the surface and cures it instantly, which means we can print onto wood, slate, metal, acrylic and glass — materials that reject ordinary printing.
The practical upshot: colour, where most local options give you grey. Photographs on slate. A sponsor's exact brand colours on an award. A brewery logo on a coaster that looks like the logo rather than an approximation of it.
Where we came from
We've spent twenty years printing keyboards for film editors and music producers, sold in more than forty countries. That work has to survive somebody's thumbs eight hours a day for years, so we know a fair amount about making print stay put.
